It is a wonderful aid to get started on the path of meditation, aid recovery from injuries/illnesses and much more! All in all it is empowering, allowing us to take control of our lives and minds!
Private classes are instructed by experienced teachers Rory Viggers and Dory Walker
Dory & Rory have a wealth of knowledge and experience from many yoga disciplines and systems. Regarding the physical body work (asana), they have been able to train (and still do) with one of the worlds leading yoga authorities on body movement, anatomy and how to perform the asana correctly - Dona Holleman.

Yoga in the workplace:
Wellbeing in the workplace continues to rightfully gain more attention and exposure as a beneficial practice to both the participant as well as the organisation. Through the practice of yoga and mindfulness, one can feel more grounded, focused, positive, healthier, energised and productive, attributes that enhance an organisation and aid the vitality and experience of staff both in and out of working hours.
Classes can be designed accordingly with either equal emphasis on breath work, asanas (postures) and relaxation/mindfulness techniques, or tailored to focus more on one aspect of yoga practice. Suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes. Yoga is not competitive. Classes are tailored to consider every participant (regardless of their fitness and state of health) and taught in a safe and enjoyable way.

Space / Equipment: A clear space that wont be disturbed for the duration of the class. Each participant requires approximately 2m x 1m of floor space. Participants can wear loose comfortable clothes that they can easily move in. We can provide yoga mats (available to hire), blocks and other equipment. We also offer retail discount on equipment should you choose to purchase.
Class Sizes / Times: Class sizes are open ended. If everyone is new to yoga, we recommend no more than 15 participants to ensure enough individual instruction. For fitter or more experienced groups, the class sizes can be larger. For more individual attention, small class sizes are beneficial. Class times range from 30mins to 1.5hours. Common times are before work, during lunchtime or after work.

Classes tailored to the clients needs. Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices for people with health problems. It can aid in the alleviation of low back pain, hypertension, asthma, diabetes, digestive problems, MS, ME, migraine, RSI, insomnia, depression, stress, etc.
Yoga therapy uses gentle postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation to help restore body/mind balance and promote natural healing. It is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness and flexibility. It empowers you to look after your own health.
A course of 6 sessions is the minimum requirement, but 3 months of lessons is recommended to be of real benefit and make a difference. (6 class course, first session is 90 mins then 5 sessions 60 mins £370.
