Sadhana Yoga Retreat Weekend with Rory Viggers
Friday 9th - Sunday 10th August 2019 at Eden Rise, near Totnes, Devon.
Immerse yourself in yogic practices, nurture yourself and dive deep into practise. Enjoy the surrounding Devon countryside, eat delicious wholesome food, take a sauna and find the space to breathe.
There will be a full daily programme of yoga practice. See below for the sample schedule. Rory will host the weekend and hold the space. We look forward to welcoming you.

Just two miles from Totnes, Eden Rise provides a beautiful environment for this Sadhana weekend. Neighbouring land includes wooded fringes, the Harbourne river, sculptures and shrines and the Santa Rosa labyrinth.
This retreat is geared towards yoga with a more intensive programme compared to our other retreat weekends. Across the three days we will immerse ourselves in a variety of practices; Asana, Pranayama, Philosophy, Meditation and more.
Weekend Focus: Sadhana through Asana & Pranayama.

7.30pm - Meditative Pranayama Focus

6am - Dawn walk
7.30am - Juice / Tea

12.30pm - Restorative Yoga
2pm - Tea & goodbyes
Accommodation for this retreat is shared twin rooms or mini dorms. Rooms are simple, eco-painted and most have doors to the courtyard garden or upper terrace. The retreat centre and accommodation is perfect for a sadhana retreat. All bathrooms are shared.
There is also a sauna room for guests to use.
All meals will be organic and vegetarian. Please do advise when booking of any dietary needs.
£295 per person - mini-dorm / dormitory
£320 per person - shared twin room
£330 per person - single occupancy room (very limited availability)
Please bring your own top and bottom sheet, pillow case and towel.
If you need linen this can be rented for £7.
