Many years of yoga self practise has kept Rory grounded. As the positive and transformative effects from yoga became more profound, the journey to teaching was a natural progression. He now shares his experience of self empowerment, self purpose and self reflection that yoga initiates with others.
Inspired by classical teachings of Hatha yoga in disciplines that include Iyengar, Sivananda, Scaravelli, Dona Holleman's enlightened asana work, his classes encompass a full range of yoga practices.
He continues to study with senior teachers and is currently embarking on a 7 year study with Dona Holleman and her inspirational Centered Yoga philosophy (born from her personal experience and encounter with Krishnamurti’s philosophy, B.K.S. Iyengar’s Hatha Yoga, Castaneda’s shamanic religion and her friendship with Vanda Scaravelli).

'I really enjoyed it all and found the space and quiet I needed ! Doing so much yoga was great! You are both so gifted at facilitating ... so nurturing and calm. A joy ! Xx' ... J
'I really enjoyed it and I have to say that it was largely down to the skill of your facilitation and how well you work together. You both so clearly put happiness on the map from the beginning and it filtered through. Everyone relaxed and smiled! I loved the gentle humour too. I also appreciated all the hard work behind the scene and your attention to detail. You were both so generous and thoughtful' ... C
'Thanks so much to Dory and Rory for hosting such a lovely relaxing retreat weekend in a beautiful venue. Lots of practice both physical and spiritual and an atmosphere of joy and laughter that was really good for the soul. Namaste x' ... R
'Love the classes, the teachers really know what they are doing and I see so much progression in my breathing, body and mind' ... B
"Thank you for such a a lovely experience for my first yoga retreat. It was such a beautiful location, the venue was so inviting and comfortable and the food very tasty and plentiful. The yoga was very well paced, taught really well by yourself and Rory and interspersed with pranayama and meditation. I found the observance of 'silent time' liberating and will continue to practice this. I felt calm following the retreat and strangely the following day I also felt really energised. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend your retreats and have already mentioned to friends - I will certainly be booking again!"
