My Story
For years, I lived and worked deep in London’s electronic nightlife — creative, chaotic, and ultimately unsustainable. Late nights, alcohol, and a lifestyle built on distraction left me feeling lost, emotionally overwhelmed, and disconnected from any real purpose.
Discovering asana changed everything.
But it wasn’t until I found a specific method — one that fused emotional, physical, and mental mastery — that my life really shifted.
This became the Art of Asana:
A practice that helped me reclaim my clarity, rewrite my story, and live with deep alignment.
Now, I teach this method to support others in experiencing the same transformation — from the inside out.
