For Yoga students and teachers ready to go deeper
Winter Yogic Arts
Weekend Immersion 2026
With Dory Walker
13 — 15 November, 2026
Little Earth — Somerset, UK
A weekend immersion in full spectrum yoga
We invite you to a special weekend of immersive practice…
Over the past five years these weekends have become a treasured annual gathering within the YogaKutir community - a space to step away from the noise of daily life and return to practice, presence, connection, still and depth, in the busy period in the run up to Christmas.
We are delighted to be holding the practice immersion again this year with new energy and surroundings.
For 2026, we’ll be gathering at Little Earth, adjacent to EarthSpirit, offering a more intimate and contained setting for our time together….
As always, the Immersive weekend will dive into full spectrum yogic arts: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedic Chant, Kirtan, Yoga Nidra.
All rooms are ensuite and, due to the size of the venue, places are much more limited than in previous years.
A weekend devoted to full-spectrum practice…
The Winter Residential Immersion offers an opportunity to live your practice fully — from the first breath on arrival to the last breath before you return home. When you return, you’ll find yourself anchored in a new way of being, more open, steady, and connected to what truly matters.
This weekend is for those who want to step beyond the surface, to refine skill, expand awareness, and experience the depth that only joined-up immersive practice can offer.

Dory Walker
An experienced teacher, educator and mentor, Dory embodies the full transformative potential of yoga. With 26 years of deep study into consciousness, she spent much of her twenties living in ashrams immersed in yoga and meditation. Her work now weaves ontological inquiry, feminine leadership, and spiritual growth — supporting others to step fully into their purpose and presence.
”Both are such exceptional teachers; their knowledge, wisdom and understanding (both of the anatomy of yoga and the philosophy) shines through”
Tabitha, Yoga Teacher
"To be guided along the path whilst connecting together in sangha finding our own way home is vital today. Thank you so much for being such knowledgeable and sincere guides offering what so many don’t”
Sona, Yoga Teacher
Location
Just five miles from Glastonbury, on the edge of Compton Dundon village in Somerset, Little Earth lies within the 'temenos' (sacred enclosure) of Avalon. The venue is situated in a beautiful landscape between two nature reserves; and just two minutes walk from St Andrew's church, which has within its cemetery a yew tree of 1,800 years old. The seventeenth century farm buildings have been restored and specially converted for use as a venue. They are set within seven acres of fields and gardens.
