I have over 20 years experience running retreats and holding space, working with self and higher levels of consciousness as well as much life experience, runnings business, teaching full spectrum yoga and transformational practices, travelling the world and being a mama to two amazing kids. My mentorship and teaching is world class and creates transformation fast.
This is a great way to work with me as you receive 3 days of my in-person mentorship, guidance, teaching and questions, PLUS the pre and after retreat mentoring support.

Location
Nestling in the Gloucestershire countryside this luxurious location is a favourite space for us to host retreats. The colourful and gorgeous location was the birth place to Dick Whittington in 1352. It’s a beautiful, atmospheric and very relaxing place to stay, unwind and recharge.
With open fires, soft, cosy sofas and lots of peaceful spaces to relax and rejuvenate and perhaps read a book. The individually designed bedrooms will ensure a restful sleep.
I look forward to sharing the magic and special unique character of this house and its stunning gardens.
