Warning: This isn’t your usual inversions programme…

Inside you will finally discover a physics-based approach to create an inversions and arm balance practice where your legs lift with ease, where you can balance with total confidence, where you can stay longer with far less effort, and finally remove the fear.

After two decades of exploring and teaching these postures, one thing is clear:

How you approach them changes everything.

The Art Of Inversions Method is fully aligned to build your most effective practice with no missing pieces.

With live training and personal support every step of the way

Who is ART OF INVERSIONS for?

The people who often find their way into our inversion world are not only those who are new to inversions and want the most effective methods right from the start…

Some have been practising for years.
Many are teachers.

They've been to the workshops.
Done the teacher trainings.
Joined the well-known programmes.
Tried different systems of yoga.

They've listened carefully.
Done exactly what they were told.
Practised (and practised).

And still something hasn't quite clicked.

They've often been told they just need more strength.
Or more flexibility.
Or more confidence.
Or simply more practice (and more practice).

Most have learnt inversions in the same way.
Classes. Workshops. Trainings.

And if it didn't happen... "Keep practising."

Eventually they arrive here.
And something finally changes.
(And it's not more strength.)

For the first time they can see what the real issue is.

Because many commonly taught approaches, even at teacher training level, have gaps.

And the methods often don't fully align with the real mechanics of the posture.

The same Headstand, Pincha, Crow & Shoulderstand methods I was taught in my first teacher training are still the norm today.

I stopped teaching those methods a long time ago because I was shown the flaws, and a new approach based on the mechanics of the body.

This is the method I teach inside Art Of Inversions

Once people see it, there is no going back.
Because they can now see the gaps.
The misalignment.

"This is the first time..."
"I can't believe it..."
"Why haven't I been shown this before?"
"That makes so much sense."

These are the usual breakthroughs from those inside this space.

I’ve specialised in these postures for a long time because I see so much confusion & misidentification.

I teach doctors, surgeons & people with far more anatomical knowledge than myself. Because even when you know how the body works, that doesn't mean you know how the posture works.

If you're doing all the things but...

Legs still feel heavy.
Your arms still slip in Pincha.
You still rely on the wall.
Crow still feels ridiculously hard.
Balance is still short-lived.
Staying longer still drains you.
Or fear still dictates what happens.

This is a sign.
It was a sign for me.

And it's been a sign for everyone who has come inside Art Of Inversions and applied the methodology.

Seeing what the real issue is, is the first step.
Taking more aligned, smarter action is the next.

Many people inside the programme have invested thousands of pounds in previous trainings and specialist courses.

Inside Art Of Inversions they've discovered more than any of them.

They finally have the breakthroughs.
They can finally see what the real issues were.

And they finally have the roadmap, a proven method and personal support to move forward.

If you would like to change the story with your inversions & arm balance practice, this is the space for you.

“My first session was amazing, completely different from any other yoga training and I know I’m going to learn a lot of different techniques and will love it” Pat - Yoga Teacher

The way we learn these postures matters…

Think about where you've learnt inversions so far.

A few minutes at the end of class?
A workshop?
A small section of a teacher training?

There is only so much you can learn about a complex posture in those environments.

This was one of the big realisations in my own practice.

In order to really learn these postures, I had to step outside the general classroom environment and learn them in dedicated spaces, one posture at a time.

And yet we're then expected to take what took hours, days and years to understand...

...and teach it to students in a few minutes at the end of class.

It doesn't make sense.

And it leaves gaps.

That's why I eventually stopped teaching inversions in general classes and began creating dedicated training spaces for them.

Because why should this level of learning be exclusive to teachers?

You shouldn't need to take a teacher training costing thousands to access this level of detail.

I saw this in my own teaching too.

I eventually stopped teaching inversions inside general class formats and began teaching dedicated workshops and day-long immersions instead.

I spent more than a decade teaching them this way.

And even then, something was still missing.

A workshop gives you more time.
But what happens afterwards?

You go home.
You practise.
Something doesn't quite work.

And you're often back to figuring it out yourself.

What was needed was a space with enough time to learn these postures properly and ongoing support as the practice develops.

That's where Art Of Inversions came from.

You need a method that aligns with how the body and posture actually work

The right order.
The right amount of time.
And the right support.

ART OF INVERSION METHOD
BALANCE IS BUILT BEFORE BALANCE

The Art Of Inversions Method is built around the physics of the body, gravity, support & movement.

Rather than forcing the body into a system, we build the system around what the body and posture actually need to do. With realtime support at every stage.

Most approaches try to get you into the pose...
and hope everything else follows.

We do the opposite.

Balance is built in the preparation.
In the foundations.
In the movement.

Before you ever reach the centre point.

Every posture inside Art Of Inversions follows the same proven method rooted in the 4 Vital Phases:

1. PREPARE

Set the conditions before substantially loading the posture.

Body.
Breath.
Awareness.
Direction.
Familiarity.

We break down what the body will eventually need to do and learn those pieces first.

2. ACTIVATE

Build something for the posture to stand on.

What needs to switch on?
What connects to the floor?
What creates support?
What starts the lift?

3. MOVEMENT

Learn how the body actually moves into the posture.

How the pelvis moves.
How the spine is supported.
How the limbs travel.
How the body stays organised under load.

So the movement becomes repeatable rather than random.

4. BALANCE

Now we put the pieces together.

Physical.
Psychological.
Energetic.

The centre point of the posture.

We don't start with the finished pose and try to figure it out.

We build what makes the finished pose possible.

We break the posture down.
Learn one action.
Feel it.
Repeat it.
Then add another.

One piece. Then the next.

If something isn't ready, you don't rush past it.

If your body needs another route, we find it.

You build progressively until the pieces start coming together.

The method is physics-based.
The process is progressive.
The support is personal.

That's what makes postures that previously felt impossible start to feel obtainable.

The method is only part of what you need…

Knowing there's a more effective way to approach these postures is one thing.

Knowing how to apply it to your own practice is another.

That's why inside Art Of Inversions you have three things working together:

SYSTEM
A clear physics-based method & roadmap.

STRUCTURE
The right order and progression, so you know what to work on and what comes next.

SUPPORT
Ongoing live teaching, coaching & personal feedback to help you see what you can't always see for yourself.

Because you can have all the information in the world... and still not know which piece you are missing.

Art Of Inversions gives you the method.
And then helps you apply it.

HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS

This isn't a course you have to keep up with.

There is no fixed start and end date.
It works for you and your life schedule.

You can:

Start from the beginning and build step by step.

Focus on a particular posture.

Join the live trainings.

Work entirely from the recordings.

There is no being behind.

You come in where you are.

And the ongoing personal support meets you there, whichever stage and posture you are focusing on.

You're not left to figure it out yourself

Art Of Inversions is very different from a self-study programme.

Ongoing Weekly Live Training

We continue developing the practice every week.

Sometimes we're building a new posture from the ground up.

Sometimes we're returning to something we've already covered to explore a particular action, sticking point or deeper layer.

Every session is recorded and added to your portal.

Ongoing Live fortnightly Coaching

Bring your questions.
Demo something live.
Ask where to begin.
Find out what to work on next.
Nothing is too small to ask.

Personal Video Feedback

Some things are incredibly difficult to see in your own practice.

Share a video and I'll personally look at what's actually happening with detailed feedback and guidance.

What's working.
What's missing.
Where you're compensating.
And what I'd focus on next.

You don't just get the method & roadmap.

You get ongoing personal support applying it to your body and your practice.

Support for every stage.

What you need from a Headstand after 6 months isn't what you needed on Day One. The same for all postures.

We build the foundations.
You practise.
We see what happens.
We revisit specific actions.

Address what's still not clicking.
Refine the balance.
Add another layer.

And progressively explore more advanced applications and transitions when you're ready.

The same happens with Pincha.
Crow.
Handstand.
Shoulderstand.

And all other 35+ postures we are building inside.

Over 12 months of live training with lifetime access and personal support.

Your practice evolves.
And the training evolves with you.

You're probably not here simply to tick Headstand, Pincha, Handstand or Crow off a list….

You want a practice that feels:

lighter
more stable
more confident
less fearful

You want to understand what you're doing and why.

Feel the legs become lighter.
Balance away from the wall.
Have strength where you actually need it.
Stay longer with less effort.

And know what to work on when something isn't happening.

When the method better aligns with the mechanics of the posture, the experience can change with it.

People inside have experienced:

Their first controlled lift.
Their first wall-free balance.
Their first Crow.

A Pincha without kicking up.
A Headstand that finally feels stable.

And simply the huge realisation:

“It wasn't that I couldn't do it. I was missing something.”

This is what happens when the method, structure & support line up.

You're no longer trying harder at the same thing.

You're working with a method rooted in the body and mechanics that make sense.

Rory Viggers

Senior Yoga Educator & Founder of Art Of Inversions

I've been practising and teaching Yoga for more than 20 years.

Around 15 years ago, my own inversion practice changed completely when I began studying these postures in a much more systematic way.

I stopped rushing towards the finished pose and started understanding what actually needed to happen underneath it.

That changed my practice.

And eventually, the way I taught.

I've since supported thousands of students and teachers, from complete beginners to experienced teachers, to understand these postures in a way that makes sense for their body.

My work is deeply informed by 15+ years studying with master teacher Dona Holleman and the principles of structure, attention and progressive practice she has shared with me.

Art Of Inversions is the space I wish I'd had when I was trying to figure all of this out.

A space with enough time.
Enough detail.

And enough personal support to actually learn these postures properly.

“There are yoga teachers, and then there are teachers of Yoga. Rory belongs to the latter.”

Think you're too old, tight or inflexible?

I hear this a lot.

Maybe I missed the window.

Maybe these postures would have been possible when I was younger.

Maybe my shoulders or hamstrings just aren't flexible enough.

I don't buy that.

Age changes things.
Bodies are different.

And yes, sometimes we need to adapt the route.

That's exactly why the method is progressive.

You don't need superhuman strength.
You don't need extreme flexibility.

And you don't need the body of the person demonstrating the pose on Instagram.

Inside there are people in their 50s, 60s & 70s building these postures.

We start with your body.

And progressively build from there.

Different bodies will need different amounts of time and sometimes different ways into the work.

But the principles don't change.

The process is the same.
The steps are the same.

The guidance simply meets you wherever you are.

When the method changes…

I’ve worked with thousands of students and teachers.

And over time, you see patterns.

They’re the same across different systems, lineages, and levels of experience.

The biggest one is this:

Most people don’t have a strength or flexibility problem.

They have a method problem.

And when so many commonly taught approaches — in classes and even teacher trainings — don’t fully align with how these postures actually work, it’s easy to assume:

the issue must be me

That was my experience for years.

Trying harder
Getting stronger
Following what I was taught

And still feeling like something wasn’t quite clicking.

That changed around 15 years ago, when I stepped outside of that approach and started to see what the real issue was.

From there, I began teaching inversions outside of regular class formats.

Because one of the biggest problems is time.

Trying to learn these postures in a busy class, with a few minutes at the end, leaves too many gaps.

So I spent over a decade teaching workshops and day-long immersions.

And even then, something was still missing.

What was needed was:

a space without time pressure
a space that works for different people and different timelines
and a space with ongoing support

Because the most effective methods are built over time.

That’s where ART OF INVERSIONS came from.

And what’s been amazing to see is this:

People who have struggled for years…

finally lifting up for the first time
removing the wall
staying longer with far less effort

They didn’t suddenly got stronger.

They applied a method that actually aligns to the body and the pose.

If you’re ready to stop circling the same patterns and finally use a method and approach that makes sense, this is the space to support that.

No gaps.
No missing bricks.
Your timeframe.
Full support.

Your practice. Your timeframe.
Full support. Ready to take flight?

Wherever you are in your practice right now, whether you're brand new to inversions or you've been teaching yoga for years, this programme is for you.

Whatever your age, body type or current level of experience, this programme is for you.

If you're willing to do things differently and build these postures step by step, this programme is for you.

And if you're curious to explore what these practices have to offer beyond the physical, this programme is absolutely for you too.

The most effective method is the most effective method.

It doesn't change because of age, flexibility, strength or experience.

You have the physics-based method.
You have the roadmap.
You have the training.

And you have personal support at every stage.

I'd love to support you on that journey.
Stay Centered,

Rory Viggers

IF YOU'VE BEEN PRACTISING FOR A WHILE, YOU'LL KNOW THIS ALREADY…

A specialist one-off workshop can cost over £100.

Longer trainings can cost hundreds, sometimes £1000s.

Ongoing 1:1 support is another investment entirely.

And let's not even calculate how many general classes you'd need to attend to access this level of detail.

Usually, you're paying for one of those things at a time.

A training.
A workshop.
A private session.

Art Of Inversions was built differently.

It brings the method, depth of training, ongoing live teaching, coaching & personal feedback together in one place.

And you keep access to it.

Some practical questions…

Do I need to be able to do a headstand or handstand already?
Not at all. This is designed to support everyone — from complete inversion beginners to experienced practitioners — in building or refining a strong, sustainable inversion practice.

Is this suitable for yoga teachers?
Yes. You'll gain a physics-based framework for understanding how these postures work, alongside a progressive process you can bring into your own teaching..

I’ve been practising headstand for years — will this still be relevant?
Absolutely. If your current approach feels heavy, inconsistent or unclear, this programme will help you rebuild from the ground up and unlock new freedom.

What if I’m not strong or flexible enough?
You don't need extreme strength or flexibility. We start with your body and progressively build what's needed for the posture from there.

Do I need to attend live?
No. All sessions are recorded, and the structure works whether you attend live or by replay. The personal support is there regardless.

Is coaching included?
Absolutely. Live coaching is included fortnightly. Bring questions, demonstrate something live or get guidance on what to focus on next.

Is the community included?
Yes. You'll have access to the private Art Of Inversions community where you can ask questions, share your practice and connect with others following the same process.

What if I only care about one or two postures?
That is fine. Some people will focus on particular postures. Others will move through everything more sequentially.

What if I’m older?
That is not a reason this is not for you.

Is this only about inversions and arm balances?
No. It starts there, but it absolutely filters into the rest of practice and beyond.

How long do I get access?
Right now you receive Lifetime Access to your trainings, including the new Inversion & Arm Balance trainings added while this offer remains available

When are the live sessions?
We periodically rotate live sessions to accommodate different timezones. We have a global community inside.

How long do we spend on each posture?
Simpler postures are covered in one session. More complex postures over 4-6 weeks. We work slowly and step by step. Session times range from 90 - 120 minutes

Can I start anytime?
Absolutely. The programme is designed to support you whenever you join. And through whichever time you have available.

Can I join anytime?
Right now the programme only opens periodically throughout the year.

IF YOU WANT TO BUILD THESE POSTURES PROPERLY…

If you want more than fragments…

If you want a method that is intelligent, body-first and actually sustainable…

If you want support, not just more information…

Then this is the place for that.

System. Structure. Support.

That is what ART OF INVERSIONS is built on.
