Live Virtual Workshop
Saturday 8 November 2025
With Rory Viggers

Explore your three intelligences through asana

Wisdom is available to us from many sources. For most, we stay in the head, where knowledge is centered in past experience and learned patterns.

The technical instructions of a pose, the desire to stretch more, or to conquer a new pose—all live in the head.

The Heart doesn’t operate this way. It’s the emotional current and currency that brings our sense of self into the whole body.

It helps us:
Feel
Listen
Be present

And Hara is the gut wisdom—our source code. The life-force and vital center of the body, our centre of gravity.

When we learn to operate and move from Hara, there is lightness, ease, grace, and power.

Too often, asana is head-centric. There is so much more potential…

When you incorporate Heart and Hara, you enrich your practice, advancing it to something beyond stretching and strengthening.

The breath is the glue that holds it all together, communicating and uniting our intelligence.

When you unite Head, Heart, and Hara, your practice shifts from effort and tension to grace, lightness, and flow.

And from here, you get to experience life through a whole new lens of possibility.

Why this matters

For the past 15 years, this has been my exploration in asana. After learning the most effective and efficient methods and techniques from Dona Holleman, she introduced me to a whole new world of possibility through asana.

In this workshop, you will:

Explore movement and stillness from different perspectives
Invite non-muscular action to create action
Reduce tension, hardness, and contraction
Experience ease, grace, and flow in your practice

Yoga should add to the body, not diminish it. Asana through Head, Heart, and Hara does just that.

I look forward to sharing a new lens for your asana practice—one that can change the game and direction for your future practice.

I'm in!

About Rory Viggers

Rory Viggers is a senior yoga educator with 20 years’ experience in Yoga practice, movement, embodiment, and teaching. He’s known for his biomechanical clarity, deep understanding of movement, and supportive, empowering style.

One of his specialisms is helping students break free from stuck patterns, rebuild foundational strength, and experience asana with more ease, depth and confidence.

Rory’s work is deeply informed by his long-time study with master teacher Dona Holleman, whose approach integrates structure with subtlety and invites profound presence. Her influence is woven throughout his teaching— not as a method to copy, but as a living inquiry into how we inhabit the body and mind through practice.
Rory continues to mentor and teach internationally.

He’s currently based in India with Yogakutir co-founder Dory Walker and their two daughters.
