I was once caught in the hedonistic world of London’s nightlife—fun and creative, but ultimately unsustainable. My lifestyle left me feeling lost and disconnected from my true purpose. It wasn’t until I discovered asana—and a specific approach to it—that I truly found clarity and alignment in my life.

This method has been my driving force for change. Not only physically and mentally, but in creating permanent, life-changing transformations. I’ve let go of things that no longer served me—goodbye alcohol, certain friendships, limiting stories—and welcomed a tidal wave of positive change.

Through the Art of Asana method, I’ve unlocked deeper layers of joy, peace, and personal power. I want to help you do the same.

 
 
 

The Process Behind the Art of Asana

To have arrived at the place where I’ve crafted and embodied a rich, multi-layered asana practice has been a process.

At the heart of this journey are the 12 years of trips to Italy, where I studied under Dona Holleman, a master body worker and one of the most exceptional asana authorities on the planet. Being invited into her final group of select students to experience an advanced training she had never taught before was a full-circle moment for me. Dona shared her most potent alchemy on life, living, and aligning with nature through the art of asana.

Asana is, at its core, an emotional practice. It is not just about physical postures; it encompasses energetic, mental, and spiritual components. You are human, and at the heart of being human is emotion. When your asana practice is in harmony with the logic of your brilliant body, it can enhance your life in ways beyond what you may have imagined—physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

There are key principles that elevate asana into a powerful practice, one that transcends the physical. This method is built on three vital pillars:

About Rory Viggers

Rory Viggers' unique teaching style skilfully enables you to uncover greater depth of awareness and understanding in your practice and teaching. A teacher’s teacher, his approach is intelligent, passionate, insightful, and informed by multi-disciplines.

Rory has spent over a decade studying with Dona Holleman, one of the world’s leading authorities in asana. As one of the few students to complete Dona Holleman’s Advanced Training, Rory brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and experience to this course. His approach integrates precise technique, body awareness, and a deep understanding of Yoga's spiritual and energetic roots.

Having taught, studied & practiced for 2 decades, Rory continues to synthesize teachings from his time with Dona, his own practice, and his broader interest in mixed spiritual arts to offer a unique, deeply informed perspective on Yoga and the body.
